Orders placed with Standard Shipping may be subject to delays. We will notify you as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Do you allow any refunds/returns?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Regarding exchanges, cancellations or returns the customer must pay the shipping of product back to our store.
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
You will get your order usually two to five days after we receive your payment. Longer delivery periods can occur if you order during a collection drop or while we have a special sale offer.
All shipments may be subject to import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and VAT) which are set by the destination country. They are based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin/manufacturing and are levied once your package reaches your country. Illyrian Bloodline does not collect your duties and taxes during checkout and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
